This is the second polish I'm wearing from the very popular Essence Vampire's Love collection.
Hmmm, what can I say about Hunt Me If You Can?
It's a black polish with fine silver flakies and micro glitters. It's a view of the galaxy in black and white. Some of you may like it, some of you may not. Personally, it's a nice polish but I think it lacks the wow factor. It's a duller version of the super awesome Essence Gold Old Buffy but of course, we all have different tastes.
I have two coats on. This ring finger has only one coat. I recommend two. It has a thick formula and in my case, it didn't apply as well as Gold Old Buffy did. No, no, I'm not complaining! How can I? If you're new to Essence and if you missed my Gold Old Buffy post, this 10ml bottle of polish cost all of €1.79.

ReplyDeleteThis shade is the only one that I have not bought from Vampire's Lover Collection. Anyway, it looks gorgeous on you, as always.
ReplyDeleteyour camera captures the nuances of the polish really nicely! I have such a shade, its called howl from SpaRitual, unfortunately on my coloring it just looks too ...I don't know the word. But its not the most flattering color - most blacks don't work for me anyways.

Thank you, BlackCherry. When I first saw this collection in the stores, I bought all the Vampire's Love polishes except this one. A week later, I got talked into getting it after all. Sigh, weak-willed. :P

Thanks, my dear! :D Are you sure Howl doesn't look flattering on you? I mean, it does have coppery microshimmer that might help to tone down the black. I haven't got it myself but I've seen pictures of it online. It's gorgeous!

Yeah, Gold Old Buffy is just so cool and Hunt Me If You Can is a somewhat simpler cousin. :)
